SMART Boards are essentially computerized whiteboards or chalkboards. Instructors have the board in their room which is connected to a nearby computer. Instructors and students can write on the board like whiteboards and chalkboards, as well as display pictures and videos from the internet. There is also the option to save the writing on board from the day's lesson via the computer rather than having to erase the board and day's progress to make room for another lesson. Here, you will find a video demonstrating the simplicity of SMART Boards in classrooms.
